Schooled 'in the field', Gus has developed a keen sense for sniffing out all the details that go into setting the value of a home. Firm but fair; GUS has been known to stand pointing over his employees all the while wagging his tail in excitement and enthusiasm about the Appraisal Business.
Sean Marshall, Certified Residential Appraiser; this Denver native has seen all the changes that have shaped Metro Denver in the past 30+ years. Sean is a graduate from Lincoln high school in Denver, and has a Bachelor Degree in Advertising & Marketing from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. Before becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser, Sean was a managing partner and consultant with MVP Real Estate Solutions.
